 Imagine a world where all the human rights are being burnt and the fire of injustice and inequality God spread all over the world. The need of humanity is extremely important.


 Human rights are rights that every individual entitled to,regardless of nationality ethnicity,gender, religion, language and any other status. These rights are inherent to old human being and are essential for living a dignified and fulfilling life. 


      Human rights can be categorised in three ways. First, the Civil and political rights;these include the rights to life, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, the right to participate in government and the right to fair trial. They protect individuals from unfair treatment and help to ensure political participation. The second one is economic, social and cultural rights; these rights focus on ensuring that individuals have access to basic necessities like food, water,shelter,related to work, family life and cultural participation. Additionally,the third one is collective rights; these are rights that apply to group of people,such as the rights of indigenous people, minority groups or the right to self determination for certainations or peoples. However human rights are enshrined in various International documents with the most notable being The Universal Declaration of Human Rights(UDHR), adopted by the United Nations in 1948. It sets out a common standard for all Nations to follow ensuring the protection and promotion of these rights globally. In practice,Human Rights into protect individuals from injustice,discrimination and abuse forstering a world in which all people are treated with fairness and respect.

 According to Indian constitution article 14 says that the state shall not they need to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India. The Indian Constitution adopted on November 26, 1949, is a cornerstone document that enshrines the fundamental rights and freedom of Indian citizens. The constitution's preamble underscores the commitment to securing justice,liberty and equality for all. This section explores the relation between the Indian constitution and human rights, it includes fundamental rights like right to equality,right to freedom, right against exploitation, write to freedom of religion and cultural and educational rights.


 On other hand there are issues where human rights are denied. The castle based discrimination. Sum of the communities continuously facing social and economics exclusions. Also police brutality and extra judicial killings in the reports of police brutality, encounter killings and custodial deaths raise conserve about the right to life and liberty. As a consequence of this years ago on a 17 January an 8 year old girl  got raped in Kashmir. The police arrested 8 men including retired government official, four Police officers and Juvenile in connection with her death. According to her dad the police were not helpful one of the police officers, he alleges that the girl  must have 'eloped' with a boy. Days later the body found she had been tortured. Legs were broken.To vanish the evidence they washed the blood in her clothes before sending them to forensic.All these are extremely against Human Rights that happened from government. More than 1000 issues are happening similiar to this. Contemporary words like Manipur issue, munambam issue,Delhi fog,globally there are wars,World war, the war between Palestine and Israel. UN special reporter ' Francesca albanese' said that,

 As is the case for all conflict affected and displaced populations, palestinians are entitled to a just and lasting solution. One that protects them on a long term and sustainable basis, that provides them with full access to their International human rights, including the right to self determination. Protecting Palestinian rights is essential for achieving adjust and lasting solution to the conflict. The Palestinian people have faced decades of displacement and occupation. Israel must end it's military occupation of the west bank and Gaza strip. The international community must recognize Palestinian statehood and support the establishment of an independent and sovereign Palestinian state. Accordingly in India there is CAA&NRC. Climate change and sustainable development can be the cause of injustice. And are the reason of breaking human rights.

 In essential, everyone has to work on protecting human rights. In addition to this more and more problems are happening. Everyone has to write their voice on human rights. " A right delayed is a right denied ". Work together for a better tomorrow where the world was glowing with justice, respect and human right.
