Un-devastated truth
Secularism is a term that is adorned in the constitutions of many countries. This term itself had a profound impact on the day-to-day affairs of the country since it is our constitution's core principle, which was embellished in our constitution. It had a great receptivity because which is served as a means to uphold diversity without swaying towards favouring a section of people so in a sense many countries followed this concept to keep serenity and consolidate the civilians under the term of the citizen of the country, who uphold the ideas inscribed in the constitution without breaching it and shows an unwavering stance whenever there comes any violation of principles by vigorously fighting to regain it.
India is a secularistic country and it is enshrined in our constitution. The country articulated its secularistic approach officially from the year 1947 after it ingressed into its independence but the term was added to the constitution in 1976 by the then prime minister Indira Gandhi as per amendment 42. Jawaharlal Nehru India's first prime minister is credited with the formation of secular values in the modern history of the country. However, the supreme court of India in 1994 in the SR Bommai V case, Union of India established the fact that India was secular since of formation of the Republic.
India is a country where religions and communities are abounded. Secularism had a consequential position in keeping the country from intermitting religious conflicts where everyone enjoys fundamental rights irrespective of the religion to which the person belongs. So it is clear that there is a distinction in matters concerning the state and religion, and there is no place to claim to peculiar people that they demand specific needs because of their religious background. In addition to that political parties are also advised to have the same requirement which has to be secular in thought and action because the constitution ordains the state should be secularistic, so as instructed by the rules and order people should not scandalize the values of the constitution by mixing up religion and State Power where it is discerned that constitution does not permit this.
In contrast, our country is traversing through a condition which dilates the anguish of those who are stern in following ideals against secularism. The crooked minds of some vulgar people are becoming the core reason for the cremation of constitutional values in the country. The secularist attitude of the narrow-minded people is casting a question in the minds of the people, who are dreamed of following the vision of freedom fighters. Commotions are rampant in the country and culminate to an extent where people are showing complacency in dealing with pieces of news which disclose tension between religious communities. The enmity of the ruling authority is perpetuated intermittently. This will be a fatal objective of thought that later ended up in the elimination of all the minorities for the fulfilment of someone's dream which is rooted in the creation of a Hinduist country where the manusmriti is the constitution by shoving all diverse communities evaded by the feign claims of them.
The most lamenting side of the spreading of communalism in the country is the growing anxiousness in minds among the people who belong to diverse religions and who have an intolerant stance in accepting the diversity of minorities. The versatile tribunes of the authority are also claiming probs, especially to the ones who are not in terms with them. The ascending condition of the country in haste mood by having wicked behaviour towards the values which they were subjected to adopt is by fabricated allegations all means. One who pensively overlooks the ongoing condition can solidify the fact that the propriety of the emulsion of the Hindu religion is at the pinnacle where the unwavering aim of the government who feigns that they were true and mere supporters of preserving the country's heritage by disguising their rooted intention and restraining constitutional values thereby activating Hinduist traditions by taking hostile actions towards minorities and taking an oath of devotion towards the culmination of the creation of Bharat, where they urge for 'one party one culture one religion' and forming a country was secular values are submerged.
If we follow the Islamic principles all of these inequalities will not come into existence. The law of Islam is the persistent creation of equality where everybody enjoys equal rights and there not exits any depriving of people provisions to which they were entitled. The wrath of rulers towards the civilians does not exist in the countries where Islamic rule was pursued, because they were instructed by the hadees "that the ruler of the people will be questioned in the day of judgement about their actions whether they were relative in their acts or not.
As per the Islamic principles the demagogue of people should not do any acts towards favouring a section of people by keeping all others inferior in terms of enjoying rights and participating in social activities, and they were also instructed to view every person as equal once by declining biased attitude towards certain communities and the behaviour of the rulers should be inclined towards moral ethics by pertaining the applaudable characteristic features of honesty, truthfulness and kindness and they will be the paragons to the civilians out there in keeping the stern action by obliging what they were advised to do, what makes them to be the better once in the reign is their strict following of Islamic principles, as our national father also appreciated and wished for the reign of Umer (R).
The following Islamic messages are the only solution for the problems that we are encountering one who embraced Islam could understand this without any room for doubt.
The fundamental acknowledgement of the uniqueness of God and accessibility of Islam to all mankind of all ages convincingly supports the claim of Islam that from the beginning of time in whatever language it was expressed Islam alone has been and will be the true religion of God!
